Water Temperature Exploration
Parent sets up warm and cold water bowls with toys for baby to reach and explore. The agent coaches the parent to observe baby's sensory responses to different temperatures and movement strategies to reach desired objects — building sensory discrimination and early mobility skills.
Free to do together whenever you like.
What you'll need
Baby on tummy on towel on floor. Two bowls placed just out of reach — one with warm water, one with cold water. Small waterproof toys in each bowl. Room should be warm enough for water play. Ensure water temperatures are safe (warm, not hot).
