Peek-a-Boo Treasure Hunt
A playful hide-and-seek game using everyday objects to help {child_name} understand that things still exist even when they can't see them.

How it works

Show your child their favorite toy. Let them hold it and explore it for a moment. Then say, 'Watch closely!' and slowly cover the toy completely with the cloth while your child is watching.

Place the two cups upside down on the floor or table. Show your child a small snack or toy, then hide it under one cup while they watches. Move the cups around slowly.

Hide the toy under a cloth or cup without letting your child see where you put it. Say, 'Where could it be? Can you find it?' Encourage them to search.

Hide the toy behind your back or under a piece of furniture where your child can't see it at all. Wait a few seconds, then ask, 'Where's your toy?'
