How it works

  1. 1~30s

    Alright, let's get started! Begin this activity by placing your baby on his or her back on a soft pad or on the floor for a diaper change. Now before changing it, gently roll your baby to one side and then to the other, describing each move you make with a soft sweep voice. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.
