    Alright, let's get started! The purpose of this activity is to stimulate your child's memory, encouraging him or her to sing. Therefore, we'll be focusing on the cognitive development of malaria, specifically on musical skills. To complete this activity, you will need your child's favorite song. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.

    Great, now let's try the next part. Begin by singing along with your child. Teach him or her some dance moves and motions to go along with it. Even though he or she might not be able to pronounce the words of the song, it's good practice for him or her to dance to it and associate the moves to the lyrics. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!

    Watch for: Toddler name or points at different toy instruments.

    One more thing to try. Notice if your toddler imitates your movements and repeats parts of the song, so you can encourage him or her to sing.
