I am two!
Teach your child to hold up fingers to say their age by finding pairs of objects and counting them together.

How it works
- 1
Let's start by exploring the room together. Say to your child, 'Let's find things that come in pairs! Can you help me find two of something?' Look for socks, shoes, blocks, or any objects that come in twos.
- 2
Now let's practice holding up two fingers. Show your child how to hold up their index and middle finger. Say, 'Can you make two fingers like this? Let's count our fingers: one, two!'
- 3
Now let's connect fingers to age. Ask your child, 'How old are you?' If they doesn't respond, say, 'You're two! Can you show me two fingers for how old you are?'
- 4
Let's reinforce by celebrating and expanding. Say, 'You showed me two fingers because you're two! Just like we found two socks and two blocks. Can you show me two fingers again?'
