Alright, let's get started! This video we will learn to carry out the activity on over or under 3. The purpose of this activity is to stimulate your child's conceptual reasoning abilities. Therefore we will be focusing on the cognitive developmental area, specifically on concept learning. To complete this activity, you will need a blanket and some teddy bears or soft toys. Great, now let's try the next part. Tell them you'll be playing a game of Simon Says. Make sure everyone grabs the blanket, making a circle or a square. Simon says everybody under the blanket, then everyone ducks under it. Simon says everybody on the blanket, then everybody stands on the blanket. Now place the blanket on the floor and ask your child to place the toys of a specific color in the middle of the blanket. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!
Watch for: Toddler identify three or more numbers with personal importance, like their age or house number.

One more thing to try. Tell him or her to identify the color. Make your child, are the teddy bears on or under the blanket? See if he or she answers correctly. Now Simon says, make the teddy bears fly over the blanket, move the blanket up and down so that the teddy bears bounce from one side to another. Ask your child to count how many times a teddy bear's bounce. Continue playing for as long as everybody finds it enjoyable.
