How it works

    Alright, let's get started! The purpose of this activity is to learn about the parts of the body. Therefore we'll be exercising the cognitive developmental area, more specifically, reasoning skills. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.

    Watch for: Little One point to at least one body part when asked.

    Great, now let's try the next part. With this activity by asking your toddler to point out different parts of his or her body, such as the head, the eyes, the mouth, the ears, the arms and the legs. Praise and congratulate your child on each correct answer and offer him or her help if needed. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!
