How it works

    Alright, let's get started! First, place your baby on a mat, using a hand fan, blow air onto his face, arms and legs. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.

    Watch for: Baby stay curled up with arms and knees close to their body.

  2. 2~30s

    Great, now let's try the next part. During this exercise, observe if your baby seems to react to a change in temperature. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!

    Watch for: Baby hold and clenches their fists tightly.

  3. 3~30s

    One more thing to try. or to the sensation caused by the fanning. How does your child handle this? What do you see?
