How it works

  1. 1~30s

    Alright, let's get started! To complete this activity, play hide and seek with your baby. Begin by hiding nearby and calling out to your baby. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.

    Watch for: Baby repeat sounds or actions to get people to look.

  2. 2~30s

    Great, now let's try the next part. Once your baby finds you, say boob. Try this a couple of times, with the same hiding place. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!

    Watch for: Baby explore on their own with a caregiver nearby.

  3. 3~30s

    One more thing to try. Later on, once your baby understands the game, you can ask him to hide. And he'll probably not wait to be found. During this exercise, observe if your baby repeats actions that catch his attention, or are funny to other people. And if he responds when his name is called. How does your child handle this? What do you see?
