How it works

  1. 1~30s

Alright, let's get started! To complete this activity, you will need a blanket and some of your baby's toys. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.

Watch for: Baby discover things hidden under blankets or covers.

  2. 2~30s

Great, now let's try the next part. Begin by placing a few toys underneath a blanket and then ask your baby to find them and take them out. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!

Watch for: Baby look for an item they dropped on the floor.

  3. 3~30s

One more thing to try. Observe your baby's movements and if she learns how to hold a blanket's edge with one hand and take the objects out with the other. From this exercise, observe if your baby uses her hands and feet to make intentional movements. How does your child handle this? What do you see?

Watch for: Baby look for a toy that was just hidden.
