Watch for: Little One imitate what friends do in play, such as building towers when they do.

  2. 2~30s

Great, now let's try the next part. To begin, place one of your baby's toys under a chair or table while he is watching. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!

Watch for: Little One imitate simple gestures after seeing them.

  3. 3~30s

One more thing to try. Hand your baby a long object and show them how to reach the toy by using it strategically. Let him try it a few times and assist him in the process. During this exercise, observe if your baby asks for objects that he wants to reach. How does your child handle this? What do you see?

Watch for: Little One move a body part when asked to.
