What you'll need

This helps strengthen your baby's muscles.

How it works

  1. 1~30s

Alright, let's get started! Begin this activity by lying your baby face down on the ground over a blanket. you, watch your child closely — I'd love to hear what you notice about how they responds.

Watch for: Baby extend arms out in front while on their belly.

  2. 2~30s

Great, now let's try the next part. Now, softly hold his legs, while stimulating him to reach an object that is in front of him. Tell me what your child does — any reaction counts!

Watch for: Baby try to grab something while on their tummy.

  3. 3~30s

One more thing to try. This way your baby will stretch his entire body. During this exercise, observe if your baby stretches out to reach something by extending his arms forward. How does your child handle this? What do you see?

Watch for: Baby when lying on their tummy, they can lift their upper body.
