Superhero Obstacle Course

How it works

1. 1

   First, let's create our obstacle course together. Place some pillows on the floor to make stepping stones, drape a blanket between two chairs to make a tunnel, and put some stuffed animals along the path as friendly creatures to greet. Say: 'Let's build our adventure path! Where should we put our first challenge?'

2. 2

   Now let's practice being brave explorers. Show your child how to navigate the course: step carefully on pillows, crawl through the tunnel, and give high-fives to the stuffed animals. Say: 'Watch me be brave first, then it's your turn! I know you can do this.'

3. 3

   Let's add a 'challenge moment.' Place a toy in the middle of the course and say: 'Oh no! There's a friendly dragon blocking our path. What should we do?' Encourage problem-solving and brave solutions.

4. 4

   Now let's celebrate success! After completing the course, have a little celebration. Say: 'We did it! Give yourself a superhero hug. What was the bravest part for you?'
