What you'll need

Have your child's pajamas (2-3 options) ready, their toothbrush and toothpaste accessible, and a favorite bedtime book nearby.

How it works

  1. 1~30s

Let's start by getting cozy! Show your child their pajama options. Say, 'It's time to choose your super-snuggle clothes for tonight. Which ones feel just right?'

Watch for: How does your child make the choice? Do they point, name, or grab?

  2. 2~30s

Now, let's make our teeth sparkle! Encourage your child by saying, 'Your turn to be the brushing boss. Can you get your brush and paste ready?'

Watch for: How much does your child do themselves? Do they get the items, apply paste, start brushing?

  3. 3~30s

Time for our brave story! Snuggle up and say, 'Let's make up a story about someone (or a stuffed animal) who feels brave and cozy at night. What makes them feel safe?'

Watch for: Does your child add to the story? Do they name something that makes the character (or themselves) feel safe?
