What you'll need

Have child's towel, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, and clean clothes ready in the bathroom.

How it works

  1. 1~30s

First, let's conquer the shower! Start by wetting your hair completely. Then put a quarter-sized amount of shampoo in your palm, rub your hands together, and massage it into your scalp. Rinse until the water runs clear. Next, put body wash on your washcloth and scrub your whole body. Finish with a final rinse!

Watch for: Child follows correct shower sequence without reminders

  2. 2~30s

Time for sparkling clean teeth! Put a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on your brush. Start with the outside surfaces of your top teeth, using small circles. Move to the inside surfaces, then the chewing surfaces. Repeat for bottom teeth. Brush for two minutes - I'll time you! Don't forget your tongue gently at the end.

Watch for: Child brushes all tooth surfaces systematically for appropriate duration

  3. 3~30s

Last challenge - getting dressed! Check what the weather's like today. Choose clothes that match. Start with underwear, then your shirt or top. Pants or shorts next. If you have buttons, zippers, or snaps, take your time with those. Finally, socks and shoes if you're wearing them.

Watch for: Child selects appropriate clothing and dresses completely without assistance
