What you'll need

Prepare bath with safe water temperature, have washcloth, mild soap, and plastic cup ready

How it works

  1. 1~30s

Let's start with our safety check! Ask your child: 'Can you help me make sure the water is just right? Let's put our hands in slowly and say "warm like soup, not hot!"'

Watch for: Watch how your child participates in the temperature check - do they test carefully, repeat the phrase, or show awareness?

  2. 2~30s

Now for washing practice! Hand your child the washcloth and say: 'Your turn to be the washer! Can you make your arms shiny clean? Show me how you wash from shoulders to fingers.'

Watch for: Notice how your child approaches washing - do they systematically clean arms, apply appropriate pressure, and show understanding of the task?

  3. 3~30s

Time for hair washing teamwork! Say: 'Let's be hair washing partners! First, tilt your head back like you're looking at the ceiling stars. I'll count: 1, 2, 3, pour! Your job is to keep those eyes closed tight.'

Watch for: Watch your child's cooperation during hair washing - head tilting, eye closing, staying calm, and participating in rinsing
