How it works

Great! Now encourage your child to ask a first question about the object. You might say, 'What kind of question could you ask? Maybe about what it's used for, what color it is, or how it feels?'

Nice! Now answer your child's question, then encourage another one. Say something like, 'Good question! It's not red. What else could you ask to get closer to guessing?'

Perfect! Answer again, then prompt your child to ask a question that helps they make a final guess. Say, 'You're getting close! Ask one more question that might help you guess exactly what it is.'
