How it works

First, let's create our treasure map together. We'll draw a simple map of the room with a starting point and an 'X' where the treasure will be hidden. Ask your child to help decide where to put the treasure spot.

Now let's plan our route from the starting point to the treasure. We'll draw a path on the map. Ask your child to help decide what obstacles or landmarks to include along the way.

Time to hide the actual treasure! Give your child the treasure item and ask {him_she} to hide it in the spot we marked on the map.

Now let's follow our map to find the treasure! Hold the map together and follow the path we drew. Ask your child to lead the way using the map.
