How it works

  1. 1

Let's start by building a simple tower together. Show your child how to stack two cups or blocks. Then say, 'Your turn! Can you add one more to make it taller?'

  2. 2

Now let's make it a bit harder. Gently roll a soft ball or sock toward the tower and say, 'Oh no! The tower fell. Can you build it again, even taller this time?'

  3. 3

Now for a challenge! Place the small stuffed animal on top of the tower and say, 'Let's make a tower tall enough for our friend to sit on top! Can you build it high enough?'

  4. 4

Let's celebrate! Say, 'We built so many towers today! Which one was your favorite? What was hard about building them?'
