How it works

  1. 1

Let's find our first nature treasure! Look around and choose one natural object that catches your child's eye. It could be a leaf, a rock, a flower, or even a stick. When you find it, place it in your basket.

  2. 2

Now let's be color detectives! Look closely at your object. What colors do you see?

  3. 3

Time for texture investigation! Gently touch your object. How does it feel? Is it smooth, rough, bumpy, soft, or something else?

  4. 4

Let's use our detective noses! If it's safe, bring your object close and take a little sniff. Does it have a smell? What does it remind you of?

  5. 5

Final detective report! Looking at all your observations, what's the most interesting thing about your nature treasure?
