How it works

First, let's set up our superhero station! Place the laundry basket about 5 steps away from where your child will stand. Put the clothing items inside. Explain that your child is a superhero who needs to get dressed quickly to save the day!

Now for the superhero challenge! Set the timer for 2 minutes. Say: 'Superhero your child, your mission is to put on your shirt and pants before the timer goes off! Ready, set, go!'

Now for the final superhero touch! Ask your child to put on socks and shoes. Say: 'Every superhero needs proper footwear! Can you put on your socks and shoes all by yourself?'

Time for superhero celebration! Ask your child to look in the mirror (or imagine one) and describe their superhero self. Say: 'Look at you, all dressed and ready! What kind of superhero are you today? What's your special power?'
