Freeze Dance Surprise

Start voice activity

Opens a guided voice session in TogetherTime.

How it works

  1. 1

Let's start with some simple dancing. Play some upbeat music and encourage your child to dance freely. Watch how they responds when you suddenly pause the music.

  2. 2

Now let's add a challenge. Ask your child to hold a soft toy while dancing, and freeze without dropping it when the music stops.

  3. 3

Now let's play 'Freeze Shapes.' When the music stops, call out a shape (like 'star' or 'ball') and see if your child can freeze in that shape.

  4. 4

Let's try a 'Surprise Pause.' Dance normally, but this time, pause the music at unexpected moments—see if your child can freeze even when surprised.
