Tummy Time Treasure Hunt

How it works

1. 1

   First, let's get your child interested. Place one colorful object about 6-8 inches in front of your child, just within reach if they pushes up. Say something like, 'Look at this shiny cup!'

2. 2

   Now, let's encourage pushing up. Gently place your hands under your child's chest for light support if needed, and encourage them to push up to see the object better. You might say, 'Can you push up to see the treasure?'

3. 3

   Let's add a challenge! Place another colorful object slightly to the side, encouraging your child to push up and turn their head to look. Say, 'Oh, there's another treasure over here!'

4. 4

   Now, let's encourage reaching. Hold an object just above your child's reach, encouraging them to push up higher to touch it. Say, 'Can you reach up high for the treasure?'
