Skin-to-skin narration

Parent holds baby skin-to-skin on their chest. The agent guides gentle, unhurried narration — not of what the baby should do, but of what the parent is noticing. A bonding moment. Observations track mutual settling and voice-response without the tone of measurement.

What you'll need

Uncover your chest, or remove baby's shirt. Settle somewhere soft. A light blanket over both of you is lovely if it's cool.

How it works

  1. 1~30s

Good. Just breathe for a moment. Let them find your smell, your heartbeat.

  2. 2

Tell me one small thing you're noticing about them right now. Just one thing.

  3. 3~45s

You can tell them what you're noticing, if you want. Very softly. Something like, 'I feel your little hand. I'm here.'
