Thawing Breast Milk Together
Parent safely thaws frozen breast milk while engaging baby in the process, turning a routine task into a social learning opportunity. The agent coaches the parent to observe baby's anticipation, understanding of routines, and social engagement during a familiar caregiving activity.
Free to do together whenever you like.
What you'll need
Baby in a safe, supervised spot where they can watch the process — in a bouncer, high chair, or on parent's hip. Frozen breast milk and a bowl of warm (not hot) water ready. Kitchen or feeding area works well.
