Mirror Body Parts
Parent places baby in front of a mirror and names different body parts while baby observes their reflection. The agent coaches the parent to notice whether baby reacts to their mirror image, follows the naming, and shows early self-recognition — building body awareness, self-concept, and social engagement.
Free to do together whenever you like.
What you'll need
Baby positioned in front of a mirror where they can see their full reflection. Baby should be alert and in a good mood. Parent nearby to point and name body parts.
