A quick book-handling game where your child practises finding the front cover, keeping the book the right way up, and turning pages one at a time in order.

Essentials
- 1–2 picture books (a favourite plus one other if available)
- a comfy place to sit (floor/sofa)

- a small sticker or sticky note (to mark the front cover temporarily)
- a timer (optional)
